Stuffed Salt Sticks
Ingredients: 250 g sausage (mix of pork and Vienna sausage), 150 g Bergbaron (or similar cuttable cheese), 1 green pepper, 3 tomatoes
Directions: Cut ingredients into small pieces, finely dice parsley and some celery greens. Mix in salt, pepper, grill spices or curry, 1 egg, 3 tablespoons of mayonnaise. Mix all ingredients. Cut 6 salt sticks lengthwise and hollow out. Cut up the removed bread and add to the mix. Stuff the salt stick and bake at 200° C for 20-25min.. Best served with a salad and possibly ketchup. Toast „Halifax“
Ingredients: Toast bread, butter, ketchup, ham, salami, tomatoes, mozzarella, oregano
Directions: Spread butter and ketchup on the toasting bread, cut all ingredients into small pieces, cover bread, season with oregano and bake in oven for about 15 min. Maties Filet in a yogurt-mustard sauce with apple and onion
Ingredients: 4 big maties (herring) filets, 1 beaker of yogurt, 1 tablespoon of tarragon mustard, dill, 2 apples, lettuce leaves, pepper from the mill, 1 onion.
Preparation: Stir together yogurt and mustard with the dill to create a smooth sauce. Lay lettuce leaves on a plate, with the maties filets on top, then add the yogurt sauce, garnishing with apple slices and onion rings. |
