Bergheim’s proximity to the city – only 3 km outside the gates of Salzburg, the “City of Mozart” – makes it possible to enjoy the green of the country, far away from all the noise, stress and hectic activity, without having to forego any of the cultural opportunities available in Salzburg. Untersberg – Cable lift in Grödig St. Leonhard rising to 1,805 m above sea level, splendid mountain hiking trails, mountain inns. Ice cave on the Untersberg: Barely a one-and-a-half hour walk from the summit terminus of the lift.
